Hello Bigger Pockets Forum!  One of my friends told me about bigger pockets 3 years ago, and I am happy to finally join!  Last year, when I had my day job, I spent several afternoons listening to the BP podcasts while in the laboratory, and looking forward to the day when I could finally leave my J-O-B, which was this year.

As an investor, I look mostly for rental properties in the Orlando area, but I also consider flips. I manage my own rentals but usually hire others for repairs and maintenance. I belong to a local REIA and always enjoy networking while learning from each other.

I feel like I'm sticking my neck out on this one a little, but I believe in green real estate, which is part of my long-term goal.  I believe walkable communities with public transit and green space are very important to our economic longevity.
