Dream real estate wake and repeat!!  

Or am I just dreaming?

I'm new to Wholesaling in Florida anybody here located in Lakeland, Orlando and Tampa Bay Area looking for sellers I can find deals bring the tour cash or buyers lets us teamwork to make the dream work....

Its a matter of taste and how much you wish to sacrifice for your dream. 

I dream of working from a beach house or traveling the world and giving orders to your employees while trekking through the amazon.

I weeded out all the hot mess, late paying unreliable ones and now have what every landlord dreams of having ....good tenants.If a landlord chooses to cherish long term tenants and ignore the inconvieance of dealing with hot mess, late paying, irresponsible people so be it.

In my opinion, a superstar realtor is worth his/her weight in gold.

I consider the money lost as my MBA education that I will never have, but I have learned ( a euphemism for having crawled through broken glass, under barbed wire while keeping my head ducked from constant fire) from interacting with tenants who expect the ultimate in service.lolKeep the dream alive and I always said that real estate is a game of making more than you loose.Much success

Keep trimming the branches on your side - This will shift the weight/load to the side. 

The last 2 weeks have been beyond my wildest dreams and I know I haven't even scratched the surface!
