My best advice to you is a) DON'T LET YOU MONEY BURN A HOLE IN YOUR POCKET.

.- You'll have higher maintenance exp - holes in common areas, clean up, stuff that no one will take responsibility for.All said that, seems like a decent deal.  

I have a Indy SFH that recently experienced sewer/storm water drainage backup into the basement floor drain.

@Chris Martin  could be that average American will never do one and see s it as a tax loop hole for the rich.. and could care less if it went away... with 15% tax I personally would be inclined to pay the tax so I was not boxed into quick decisions like you I might want to buy something completely different or nothing at all

When a toilet gets clogged and have trouble getting someone out to do it "aah, well, i can just stop by", it is a black-hole that sucks people in that is NOT investing, it's being maintenance tech, or caretaker etc..

There's A-holes everywhere it seems....

Just connect your RV to 30 amp service, run a garden hose, and run your wastewater line to your cleanout hole. 

They had a gun to my head.Oh I will NEVER do business with these ***holes again.
