How can I rent a spot in an RV park for an STR?

I've heard of people renting a spot in an RV to park with their tiny home/rv/airstream as a STR but have been calling around lately and have been getting shut down.

Many parks say they don’t allow tiny homes and every one has said they don’t allow short term rentals.


Has anyone had success pulling this off?


I’m looking to do this in Florida or Utah.
