I've been doing this for nearly forty years, now retired and still have rentals, and worked as a programmer, but for rentals, I stay away for using the internet on line applications.If you're talking about a C area, more than likely these folks are not computer savvy, and a fee is something they can ill afford.

Your manager will need to be able to use a computer and a smart phone.  

The computer screen can only get you so far, playing well with others is the key to the Real Estate winning strategy.

I recommend you also get a tripod and several drop lights and connect your camera to your computer this will allow you to set up the shot.
