Hello guys..
I am looking for site that can offer Home Inspection services at the reasonable cost. My friend suggested me http://equityinspection.com/ Do you people have any idea about this site?

Hey Ab -

I didn't look at the site you posted, but given that you didn't mention a location, I'm assuming this is one of those large, national home inspection firms that has has local franchisees.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the national home inspection "chains", as they tend to hire under-educated inspectors, and then just hand them a checklist. This may not always be the case, but in my experience, is more times than not.

I'd rather have someone who has a construction or structural engineering background who has been inspecting homes since before these franchise firms were even around.

I highly recommend talking to some other investors in your area and ask who they are using. Investors tend to know the good inspectors and inspectors who work with investors tend to have a good grasp on multiple parts of the business (finding contractors, estimating costs, etc).
