Camera lens options for professional looking Photos for MLS and marketing

Options for camera lens I have t5 canon rebel. I was thinking of getting an ultra wide angle lens 10 to 18 mm cannon one I heard it was good and only $300 can anyone recommend how to use it or tips were using it as far as lighting settings etc. for interior photos I'm flipping a house in Los Angeles about to put it on the MLS Pardon brevity or mistakes I'm dictating on the phone
