The amounts of the purchase price of the properties that I'm pursuing are only $20,000 with a $15,000 rehab as well as a $14,000 and I keep getting denied because they only lend between $70-100k .

So, maybe it maybe it not possible to do a wrap or the sale of the LLC since any transfers require the consent of the Lender and the Lender has already denied the assumption of the loan by a buyer.

I can only imagine what would happen if a thumbs-down option was implemented; I think it would be abused and the mods/BP customer service would be dealing with complaints.

And of course nothing obscene or distasteful, I always include nothing controversial, political, etc. whatever that means, but allows you some leeway to deny consent for things you don't want on your property.
