Everything was awesome for about three years until me and his daughter broke up as did our partnership.

Cash is the only thing not accepted, because there's no history (no image on my statement saying who it's from).I also use the same bank for deposits as the mortgage, for the relationship. 

The public records does not show sale history with the person's name anywhere on it as the grantee.

I would be cautious and look at both the assessment history as well as the building age to determine what I might expect.

If you havent called each persons prior landlord, I recommend you do so and find out about their late history and how they kept their unit. in each application, are they all related or unrelated?

We went through adopting a daughter, and ran into problems with immigration delays in paperwork, visited the local congressman's office, and the issue was quickly solved after a few phone calls to the agency from the congressman's staff.
