Owner purchased house with quit claim deed.
The owner of a vacant house I saw is supposedly owned by a guy who paid cash for this house. The public records does not show sale history with the person's name anywhere on it as the grantee. I found a company name as the buyer of the property with an out of state mailing address. The guy who bought the house purchased the house with a quit claim deed back in 2010. Should I stay away from a house that has a sales history of quit claim deed purchases? By the way, who would be considered the real owner of the house?
