The only interaction in the rehab phase of growth however only comes with the buyers personal feelings towards the rehab itself regarding quality, colors, updates, etc...

For obvious reasons banks do not want to lend to someone that does not have skin in the game. 

I don't like being left in the dark by an agent, especially with the large amount of $ on the line and being very new to this!
