Have you contacted the bank/financing source that provided your prior lending?

This will be something that will take time and a good chance of you going through several people before finding the right one.Have solid interview questions and contacting their references are a must. 

The question is after you find out the owner's name, What is the best way to get his/her contact information?

I found this out because I contacted the loan officer about a house, and I received a call from the RE agent minutes later saying it had an accepted offer when it in fact didn't. 

I have found that in this market, to find the best deals you need to be in contact with the people with the pocket listings.
