Hello BP, I have recently started fully researching my market for deals and I've come across a 2/1 SFH that is distressed. I researched the property and located the owner but it is a company that isnt really a company it seems like. The property is in a B class neigborhood and looks to be mainly cosmetics that makes the property look less than what its worth.I would love some tips on how to further pursue obtaining information on this property thank you. -Medriand A
