There is the same challenge if you were 3 or 4 hrs (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Hampton Roads or any other multitude of locations) the investment of time and energy is extensive to get to a remote location, even geographically close like Richmond because of our traffic, regularly.

What I did was simple...http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200...Buy one... get a long, heavy duty extension cord, and wire it for 220VAC where one end plugs onto the generator 220 port, and the other has a twist lock.

I suggest you talk to your broker s/he will have something to say about how you conduct real estate transactions, even for yourself, they are still responsible for what you might do.There is only one Realtor wholesaler on BP I'm aware of and that brain isn't one to be picking, IMO.A net listing is not just a legal matter, it's an ethical matter as well. :)
