lol, i think so too.. i called up Airbnb support to clarify and they also said that they don't do any such things.. however the searches sometimes do have a complex algorithm running behind ...however just merely clicking the listing link  and not ending up booking couldn't possibly set me up for failure...

@Kyle Mitchell - I'm looking at a student housing complex in my area. 

My initial goal/strategy is to buy and hold C-B property scaling my way up to medium then large sized apartment complexes.

For example, if I have a client who tells me that they have everything they own in a business entity and I advise that we buy an apartment complex and place it in that entity, I have probably given very bad advice exposing all of their assets to tenant claims.

Weather is a lot more complex than just saying, "the average temps are increasing, therefore everywhere must be getting hotter every day

AL- I have a 50 lot subdivision as well as 40 some homes in Rio Grande Valley, homes in DFW, San Antonio and a large apt complex in Garland.

It also looks like a great return when you compare the sales price to the purchase price.The real comparison, though, is more complex.

Case in point....I used to live in a large apartment complex here in Omaha, NE.

These things are no more "intrinsic" to a corporation than they are to an LLC.The only difference is that there are State filings that are required with a corporation whereas those filings are not required by the LLC.But, there is absolutely nothing about an LLC that would make it any harder or more complex to maintain the exact same documentation and have the exact same processes as a corporation.

My mother has lived at an apartment complex for over 20 years.
