If your tenants dont feel comfortable having you in there take pics or video, have them do it and give them a few bucks I'm return.

If you have assets for reserves and savings for down payments, you can look into commercial 'portfolio' loans where they do not use DTI as a qualifier; however, I do not know how available they will be in the current 'coronavirus' environment.

What sort of work are you comfortable with?

In this lending environment I'd think a seller would be happy to see ANY offer.

I still feel that it's high but it's whatever you feel comfortable with.  

Spouse and I have comfortable incomes.
