Stain is extra but this includes all the millwork around windows and floors etc. so 2k sq house  4 to 4500 to paint interior   same for exterior thats body of house trim and seperate door color Another 4 to 4500 for grand total of 9k.. for a 2k sq ft new build in Portland market.

I got a keyword alert for Cleveland, so I figured I'd chime in with some color on Cleveland in case that is a market you dig deeper into.Having sold over $200 million in Cleveland rentals over the years, I can say that Cleveland is a very tricky market.

I just closed on a property today and the seller said the interior paint color is "summertime", the color that Fannie Mae painted all their foreclosure interiors at the time (2011).
