This one is on Cuyahoga Falls, OH just like the last a few blocks away. 

It's currently concrete block built that's been painted white over many times.

I've learned over the past few months that time isn't the obstacle but deliberation was my road block.

In reading about how Baltimore housing can vary by the block, I think I would prefer to stick to an area that I am familiar with for starting out. 

They are cheap, thin plastic that filter the light but don't totally block it.   

Every other house on the block was in foreclosure for similar reasons.

The lender should have indicated whether they have the requisite experience, cash, credit, deal flow, hair color, whatever.

Its not a great area overall, but this is a nice little neighborhood, blocks from a grocery store, clean and safe.I've basically be listening to every podcast all week, and podcast 61 has me a little gun-shy all of the sudden.  

I have put down 3 1/4in x 3/4in natural color Hickory in a SFR.  

It’s easier to click a mouse and make a change on paper now, than to spend sleepless nights worrying about how the hell you can change things later on.Hope this helps some more of us new kids on the block.
