exterior remodel ideas for small office space

It's a small office building, 2 stories, that needs the exterior to be redone. It's currently concrete block built that's been painted white over many times. To renovate, I was thinking stucco, but also want to get ideas for other alternatives. wood composite panels? some type of plaster overlay?
