Our longer-term tenants now actually wait for us to come and leave a list (one leaves post-it notes all around the house) for all the little things that need fixing, a door off track or wobbly ceiling fan, caulk around tub, etc., things that would cost a lot if they sent someone out but we can do for next to nothing.
