I am excited to be a part of this community and would like to introduce myself as a new investor in the beautiful state of Kentucky. I've been interested in real estate for quite some time and really started seriously considering it just before 2020. Since then I have been working on my credit, finances, and knowledge.

Currently I am renovating my primary residence in order to house hack. It is currently a 4br 2 1/2be SFH. With this renovation the plan is to transform the basement into 1bd 1ba MTR and the upstairs into a 3bd 2 ba LTR. With this I do have a couple other exit strategies in my back pocket.

I am eager to continue learning all I can about REI and connecting with like-minded individuals. I know REI holds the key to financial freedom. I've learned there are so many strategies and ways to structure a deal. I am looking forward to learning how others are charting their way by engaging with you in the forums, exchanging ideas, and gaining knowledge while growing as an investor.

So what market are you in and what's your investment strategy?
