@James Wise  I was wondering what your thoughts were on the point that @Ali Boone brought up about high vacancies and massive loss of jobs last year in Cleveland. 

Of course, when I asked her where the food was, she told me that she had already thrown everything away and brought it somewhere else, due to the smell. 

Joel also brought this up and the seller mentioned that some of the tenants are in arrears.  

This led to piles of junk as they brought back trailers of stuff from the storage units and spread it out on the drive and they were pretty lousy at it and always lost money so no rent. 

Hi Rand,This has been an interesting quandry for me - I just got brought on as John's Chief Results Officer, with one of my major tasks being to identify and grow our investor buyer/seller lists.

The property can be divided equally, or it can also be divided up based on whether one or the other spouse actually owned it prior to marriage; the length of time the marriage endured, what improvements the spouse brought to the property. 

I only brought up the fact that I was month to month since @Steve asked why I didn't simply move elsewhere.

I had full documentation and the JP looked at everything I brought, including text, voice mail, and email transcripts.  

I talked to a state senator about the gentrification happening a mile east of the capital, and the first thing he brought up is people being forced out because of property taxes.  

On Monday, we brought our contractor with us and went to check it out.
