Lining the loan up afterwards is similar, there is no time crunch for closing and gives you time to search for best funding. other than that, you can search for better rates but you'll be within .25% of that most likelycongrats!!

Hi Steven, just a few things that I noticedPropertiesFlipper: 4 bed 2 bath 2k sqft264 W Britannia St: 3 x 2.55 Parker Terrace: 3 x 2I believe that comps should be considered if it sold less than 6 months past the current dateThe bed & bath should have the same numbers & home sqftage should be around the same as wellIf the home you are analyzing is really a 4 x 2 you should be able to get more than the 295k stated in the report as 264 Britannia was sold for 320kNeighborhood RadiusNot familiar with this area but the neighborhoods should be comparable.
