I live in Parkland, FL and I'm looking at condos and apartments in Coral Springs, FL.Thanx in advance!

So let’s say I find a good deal on an apartment complex and I don’t have the down payment.

I live in new york and i see a apartment building for 650k, 4 two bedrooms and 2 three bedrooms.

State and local governments have been significantly increasing taxes on rental income over the last decade by adding or increasing sales tax on rental income, Forcing all real estate owners to get liscenses to be able to rent properties, increased government inspections of properties prior to new tenants moving in, increased property taxes, etc.

I watch a millionaire on Youtube that owns over 4,000 units of apartments and plans on making 150 million this year and he thinks apartments are the way to go.

(Would definitely be talking directly to someone in the zoning office before moving walls or adding a kitchen or anything though)To make sure I understand right, you're saying to get the utilities split it would have to have a certificate of occupancy - and thus would have to pass inspection.

A single tenant - even in an apartment - can cost you thousands of dollars in losses before you can say, "I don't know what I'm doing!"

I found a nice apartment complex and the floor plan I like is on a third floor.
