Electric bill difference between 1st and 3rd floor in Florida 🌞

I found a nice apartment complex and the floor plan I like is on a third floor. In Florida the AC is running 49 weeks out of the year and for the majority of the time you’re home and want the temp to be comfortable. I’m wondering what the difference is going to be for the electric bill, assuming the same sq footage. I wonder if I could call the electric company and get some info. Anyone have any experience w this? Thanks!!

Is the 3rd floor the top floor? If so, you’ll probably be paying more as the heat from the roof is coming down.

Call the power company. They should be able to give you the last year’s average cost or something like that if you tell them that you’re buying the property and budgeting.
