I am reading and listening to everything I can but I am getting some serious analysis paralysis and not sure what to do next.

No one has used it for 15 years and it is somewhat of a cesspool at this stage due to years of rain, frogs, infestation etc.

I watched a video from Brandon Turner on analyzing the rental properties so just inputted the same numbers he did overall- to get the initial analysis, then if serious about it I would need to double check everything.

@Justin Sullivan I found that their “analysis” was based off the “blocked” days on an Airbnb’s calendar.

It was the at the beginning stages, the seller agreement between myself and the realtor about terms of the contract.

I've done extensive research on the area and I'm at the beginning stages of putting a team/process in place. 

Guillermo - I think the mechanics of this analysis look good.
