I have attended Legacy Dad's free online webinar & FortuneBuilders in person seminar and several REI youtubers, so I stumbled on BP site and I am glad I did before I made any commitments to spending several thousands of dollars that I do not have.I look forward to networking with many fellow investors!

I have read books and been online youtube university.

I have been running numbers on potential SFR deals and I look at cash on cash - I think it was mentioned in one of the Biggerpockets Youtube videos .

It ain't rocket surgery.  3 youtube videos and a 1/2 case of beer (not around the power tools), and you can be a cabinet maker. 

Youtube that guy.

I have watched many videos on youtube and read as much information as I can about wholesaling houses.

They are only algorithms.

We've already attended 3 webinars and I try to watch one of the youtube podcast interviews every other day or so.
