Lenders usually use the min payment so if you're going to pick a payment plan for your student loan make sure you pick the lowest one atleast with respect to qualifying for a loan because we use the "min payment," to determine your max loan you can qualify for.

Be fair, honest, respectful and have reasonable expectations and budget.

Josh go down to the respective offices of all the lien holders you've listed and verify there existence.

Always be respectful of their investor veto and accept a no on a deal.

With respect to what to do with your house, you can sell or rent.  

With the turnkeys and with respect to long term success with real estate, I would personally sum it up like this: You're limiting your long term upside in exchange for protecting your short term downside. 

The wholesalers that I respect the most have the ability to perform and close, and merely use wholesaling as a way to profit from opportunities that do not fit their own portfolio criteria.Ok, playtime over.
