You have to decide if your willing to pay for empty lots (what's the condition of electrical, water, sewer, cement pad etc at these empties) and the Value of the park owned homes.

I said no-we agreed 60 days and you were given paper work.I contacted a lawyer on Legal Shield and he said I have to wait till 10/31 to file unlawful detainer which I guess has a lot of steps.Anyone have recommendations or been through this before? 

This claim was subrogated and lawyer is filing lawsuit against general contractor.Right at the completion of the April restoration work there was there was another fire at the end of August.

When you re-pay the withdrawal (within 3 years), you file an amended tax return and will be reimbursed for that year. 

Finally don't file a claim for small items, my rule is 10k or above, so I set my deductibles accordingly.
