@John WalterDepending on the top of housing you're buying (you didn't mention whether this is residential multi or commercial), you need to review the demand in the local area for this type of housing.

There are reviews but they are on his websites and I just don't trust them.

A quick review of your numbers didn't find any glaring issues.

But that would be highly unusual if he's still doing work on it, so I'm guessing that's not the case.Hopefully some of this is covered in your contract (i.e. specific/identified deadlines that he's missed, penalties for missing deadlines, etc), so I'd make sure you review your contract before doing anything.

Policyholders should review exclusions and endorsements alongside a qualified insurance broker to ensure they have the coverage they need. 

Both talked about how experienced they were even had reviews on google, home advisor and they both turned out to be dishonest crooks.

Online reviews are close to 5 stars on all sites and the host is an Air BnB Super host.

Their records are subject to review by the government, real estate commissions, courts, law enforcement, local realtor board ethics committees.
