The main neigborhoods I am looking at now are East Atlanta Village, Adair Park, Old Fourth Ward, and Grant Park due to the fact that these areas are in my price point and I believe they are on the rise, but I want some data to prove that before I just dive in.

One day I called up a very good friend of mine, who is a realtor in east bay.

The east side of 75 is older but has some nice areas of older home that have extensive rehabs.

Qualified applicants are I believe upper middle class and tend to take care of the property and pay their rent on time.
