I have read about “driving for dollars”, watched YouTube videos, and researched.

I don't know about you but I can't get enough of those YouTube videos. 

Mainly, I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast, reading real estate investing books and watching YouTube videos.

Since then I've been reading, listening to podcasts, joining facebook groups and online forums, watching YouTube videos and everything else real estate investment related.

Depending on your strategies and tolerance for MASSIVE amounts of info, I'd recommend either the Intro to Tax Sales (class or video, massive amounts of info) or The Step by Step Tax Sale Investing (class or video, more focused info and explanation of how it relates to the specific strategies.)

I've started to watch videos and read about this 121 Exclusion now.

I'm kicking around doing a series of free videos on YouTube answering questions investors are struggling with.

I have told my tenants that instead of having potential tent and physically see the property that I will do a one time video walk though.

I usually talk to them several times a week, show them the houses in person on a video call, share some of my networking and expertise, contractors ETC.
