Real Estate Wholesaling!

Hey everyone! Let me start by saying I’ve been in the service/bar industry for over 10 years. I love people and creating new relationships. A lot of my coworkers throughout the years have gone on to become REAs, some with their own brokerages now. It’s always something I’ve been interested in, but recently got wind of wholesaling. Motivated by pure financial stability, I know I cannot continue in the service industry forever. I’m driven and am willing to put in the hard work, realising things don’t happen over night. However, I’m a hands on, in person type of learner and would greatly benefit from maybe learning from someone in the business already and training! Any tips, help, advice, would be appreciated! I have 0 background in the RE world, but like I said am willing to jump in, all hands on deck. Being in the San Antonio area, let me know if there’s anyone who can lead me in more of a direction!
Thanks again!

Hey @Sophie Godwin when things get opened up again, I would tell everyone, "If you know someone who is behind on their payments, taxes or is a landlord who needs to get out, call me".

That is the quickest, easiest, cheapest way to get the phone ringing while keeping a job.

THEN google "Driving for Dollars".
