As I am typing this, they are inside of an oil storage tank sandblasting it. 

I have been looking for one that will also work well with storage units but think any one of these could work well for just regular rentals!

They told me not great but you have the storage at that depth.  

I have 60 residential units and 13 storage units, so the time to manage isn't worth it to me.

There was one well for 35 sites, 2-3 locations only to drill new wells, and a significant amount of money needed spent on putting up a building to house storage tanks so that the park would have water and pressure. compounding the problem was the well drilling company telling me that they'd drilled 2-3 wells years ago that came up empty.

You can also turn unused space in out-buildings, etc into storage to lease your tenants.

Tell them to that the porch is not for storage and should be placed in the home or in a storage facility.Give them a deadline for compliance (7-10 days should be sufficient) and a penalty if they fail to comply (this could be a fee, notice of termination, etc.).

My parents have empty out buildings that we are thinking of turning into winter boat storage.
