So actually you have two challenges:1) Finding a principal who has the capacity, powers and authority to sell to you2) What to say to them when you DO find them(It helps to understand the problem before you try to solve)Timing might be a third chsllenge., meaning 'when' to contact.You nay get lucky identifying who (yet another challenge) the heirs are by pulling a copy of the death certificate from public records.
