I know there's no shortage of bright people in this community, each with your own specialty.Here's my question:Can some of you please provide (in detail) a VERY FAST, & VERY EFFECTIVE method, that you've personally had great success with, for finding unlimited money from private investors?

Because of life events like children, career changes, bubble burst, ect. our LLC is not growing like as fast as I would like, but it has taught us to enjoy this and work hard at it.

But it was after the flooding, hard to find anyone to do it and I'd already hung, taped, finished and textured 30 sheets myself, so I just wasn't going to do it as fast as the Mrs. wanted it done.

Fast forward a few months of them learning, listening, and networking.

Another section of town the busy road is where a lot of first time home buyers purchase and you can find less expensive homes that may not sell as fast because it is a busy road.

Make sure to read all the articles on the main blog, listen to the BP Podcasts (Many are on rehabbing, but all worth listening to) and read and be active in these forums and you will learn a ton fast.

USF is not a participating university in the CCIM fast track program (however UF is).

This isn't going to be fast or easy but the systems do work over time.Sean Terry has a lot of great content on his podcasts for free on how to be a wholesaler, listen and re-listen to them and don't pay anyone for your education.

It's pretty easy and I couldn't do it fast enough.

I don't mind putting in the work, but considering she's out of the country and has already tried to pull a fast one on me, I need to heed the warnings with this.
