Do you have any tips, websites or strategies you use to generate leads for homeowners? 

Ask them if they have ever lived through a global economic shut down and give you tips on what to expect.

Helpful tip, drive for dollars on trash days and look for properties that are beat up with no trash cans out front, good chance those are vacant.
