Help Me Analyze My First Potential Investment Rental
Hi everyone,
I am excited and nervous to dive into my first potential rental property. After a lot of research and number running, I feel like I have come across a really decent 4-unit multifamily house that will generate some great cash flow. A little about the deal... all 4 units are currently rented, my down payment will be a personal loan, and the house could possibly need a roof in the next couple if years. I have not seen it in person yet, but strictly judging by the photos, it does not look like it needs a ton of work or rehab, possibly some paint and beautification. I plan to meet with the owner this weekend (FSBO). I am curious to know what you all think before I make this official and any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Ashleigh
