However, if you plan to run your business as close to a passive method as possible or if you plan to continue to scale up and build something bigger than you 1st imagined as a host then it's definitely beneficial to research some of the different options to help take back some of your time and help put in place some real systems. 

My son and I were in South Cape Coral yesterday checking on clients and there was widespread tree damage, power poles down, street signs and traffic signs down, business signage destroyed, fences and gutter downspouts down, numerous pool enclosures destroyed or with torn and missing screens, roof shingle, tree and other debris was strewn everywhere.

Also it's much more likely that whatever their chosen method of financing that they are more likely to not meet DSCR on their loan which is also a probable underwriting criteria the lender will evaluate based upon.

If you do sell, then basically its a flip and remember this is the least tax advantaged method.
