New to Los Angeles and Real Estate Investing!

Hi there!

Beginner Real Estate Investor. Looking forward to traveling on this long journey with you all!

From NJ and recently moved to the West Coast (Yay! Los Angeles! Can I call myself an Angelino? Probably not...) I have a full-time position in sales and thankfully I am part of a great company that has continued doing well during the current crisis.

I found BP a few years ago and have been slowly working my way to towards real estate investing, by getting my financial house in order. Interested in various real estate methods and markets, but currently focused on house-hacking in the greater LA area.

Looking forward to making connections here and meeting investors (and soon-to-be-investors) face to face once this global pandemic is over.

Currently looking for any suggestions on Los Angeles based realtors, and mortgage brokers who have a great investor, ADU, and multi-family unit knowledge.

Kind regards,
Adam
