The basics to this property are it's a 4 Bed 2 Bath duplex in West Charlotte out by the airport for you locals.

I've been helping clients or investing myself in West Michigan for 9 years and the numbers are great.

I studied past and present projections, I now understand the timeline of the market rise from the West Coast to the Southeast.

I've been looking at places in the mid west.

If you are open to investing out of state, you could pull the equity out of your home & buy sfr in a market where you'll have a great return (particularly mid west).

I LOVE the Kalispell area, but I seem to be commuting back and forth from the East Coast to Montana, and right now am in the East... otherwise, I'd be up there in a second to see what kinds of deals might be available in the Kalispell area... is there a Real Estate Investment group up there?  

If it is on the west side of the state (near Williston)  I would be concerned about the sustainability of maintaining full rentals. 

Just moved to Spokane from the west side and am looking for information on local meetups.

The guy the other day bid 300,000 for a house in west Cobb.
