So yea, again there are Realtors who you can push your weight around & get to do a bunch of work for you at little to no cost but they don't have much value to provide you other than being a warm body to push the pencil & open up lock boxes.

I do agree with your statement, this credit card will come due at some point and probably not soon, but when it does it’s going to make 1929 look like a warm up!
