SFM BRRR investor

Hello out there!  Quick introduction of my team. I’m a 59 YO retired clinical researcher with PhD.  I’m working with my dear partner and husband a physicist, a great realtor, a reliable group of contractors and a large bank. And a CPA to keep us out of tax jail, haha.

I’ve jumped into this “hobby” in the last year.  My vision is to have 10 sfh properties, to supplement our retirement investments (stocks and bonds).  We just bought our 3rd property, a 4 BR/2 bath home in a suburb with excellent schools.  Working on the rehab projects right now (plumbing and heating). Our model is to do as much of the work ourselves as possible. It’s been fun to have new challenges.
