Setting up multiple LLC's, paying annual filing fees, paying a CPA to file 6 tax returns, 6 bank statements, and keeping each separate may mean you now need a staff book keeper on payroll.

Look at getting a title company report to see if there are any liens or lawsuits on file and making sure you are insured at the end of the day. 

Your credit file, income, DTI, etc. will determine your interest rate. 

Now, I haven't actually filed the memorandum at the court house but I still would not be on the deed for him to get the financing, and my attorney said that I am better off not doing that as it could appear to be operating as a broker.HELP ME PLEASE!!

I don't believe the moratorium precludes me from filing eviction based on the lease ending.
