Virtually every call I made I was told that I would need to have my current home rented for a year or two and then I would be able to purchase another property.

the cheapest investment can be rehabing a  $1500 manufactured home and  color stucco the outside with the same synthetic the casinos use.

I will add a few that I use when working with a virtual assistant:  Communication: Google voice, drop box, voice recorder (Created by Triveous) uploads voice recording to dropbox where my assistant can get them in real time while I am in the field.

Has anybody had success setting up a virtual assistant or answering service to field calls of people calling about your advertised rental properties?

And when you do add people you can start with one virtual assistant at $200/mo for research and grow from there.

In fact I asked myself, ' If I had a choice between a quick yet unreliable system to generate wealth or a system to generate wealth slowly that is virtually guaranteed, which would I choose?'.

@Patrick Britton To piggyback on what @Daniel Hyman said, once you get totally paperless or close, look at getting a virtual assistant.

I was thinking maybe a virtual office space, maybe drop shipping facility might help.
