it's a month long training program that provides guidance with daily homework, daily podcast to watch, And most days have book recommendations. 

I was initially more interested in appraisals, but the training/education is much more extensive and it's not something I can do as soon.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

It's definitely plausible with FHA or there's other conventional 5% products where you can achieve a similar down payment program depending on your state.
