If you really care to I am sure you can research how any municipality or tax assessor's office goes about assessing any particular property for its tax. 

At what point to I sell off my highly appreciated, low cash flowing multi-family that I just bought 6 months ago? 

My preferred niche would be buy and hold but after listening to the podcasts with Brian, surge, and Ben i really don't want to buy retail but can't find any small or large multi-family in my area that I could add value to. -I

Scheduling cleaning, online booking confirmation, and giving people codes to key-less entry locks is pretty trivial; handling tenants that think they are staying at the Four Seasons with their incessant requests is not.One thing I would suggest you pay attention to is seasonal variation in your area,  I make 75% of my money May-October.
