Demographic information
Hi. i am fairly new to a lot of this investing, as i only have 2 rental properties, my question is, how to i find information on a city ? such as vacancy rate, job growth, etc. etc. i am looking at investing outside my local area, and would love to know where i can find all the information on that city. thank you for your time.

Hi Jason,
I'm fairly new as well. However, I do know that governmental websites can be a great aid. The Bureau of Labor Statistics as well as the US Census Bureau can be good starting points.
