I have wanted to be on my own my whole life and I was for a number of years but I got suckered into a bad marriage, a bad job, lots of other stuff, now I'm in good marriage, two awesome little girls and all the support and reason to succeed in the world. 

All of the information you need to succeed in real estate is available from either open sources, books, or other investors.

What makes you think you'll succeed in real estate if you can't even finish this? 

lt IS more important to learn what you don't know and it is not about maximizing profits at the beginning of your career.What you learn from Phil or any other mentor will be extremely valuable down the road.Be humble, heed your mentor/s advice, grind it out, use your skills in mathematics to evaulate deals deals better than most, and succeed massively.

i was thinking of changing brokers because i feel im not getting what i need to succeed in the business.

You'll get success stories from speakers who tell you how wonderful it's been for them, but who know little or nothing about your local market and what it takes to actually succeed there.

If that's not an option, perhaps ask yourself a sobering question "how truly committed are you to succeeding in REI?"

We all deserve the best opportunity to succeed!
