If it was strictly based on numbers and real estate opportunity I'd stay in Knoxville.  

I also don't like the whole concept of the government regulating what they consider to be an 'accredited' investor for the purpose of who you're allowed to sell various investment opportunities to.

There are quite the number of laws and regulations for landlords (lessors) and tenants (lessees) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts making this state quite tenant friendly.

Its fine to have a lease automatically convert to a month to month after the initial period but less than 7 months initial lease, apparently, is not allowed, unless you want to be considered and taxed and regulated as a hotel.

It is common practice in rural areas.I use the no trespass in my jurisdiction because we are not allow to prevent tenants from moving in additional persons under our landlord tenant regulations. 

We want to train our tenants and provide them with a new list of rules and regulations.
